Dean listened very carefully and sympathetically to problems I have with my hair and to any thoughts we both had regarding style. He was very knowledgeable regarding the hair products I was using and advised. His cutting was very precise - he took great care, continually checking accuracy and length of hair, etc. He was very focussed and didn't rush. He was also a nice lad to chat to!
This was my second visit to the salon. The first time, Poppy cut my hair and she was brilliant too!
